I really don't know why I do so many of them (I am closing in on 100 videos just for WRC 10 alone □), but it's the best learning tool for myself and will always encourage people to do the same (to watch their own runs to see where you can get better). And just to compare, around 640 people participated in this one:Ĭlick to shrink.Thank you. But this took almost an hour or so, tried different setups. Not even close to being either my favorite track or car, but still managed to pull it off. Played in cockpit view as I usually do now in WRC 9:Īnd back to back win in WRC 10, this time it was Baranta in Sardegna in the Ford Fiesta Rally4 again while it was pouring down, so similar condition as in Friday's challenge. Did not crash once or had to restart. Then again I played a shit ton of both games. I have gotten way better at not sucking at the first few attempts, was only 10 seconds off on the first run and the second was 25 seconds faster then the first. There wasn't really much competition in WRC 9, usually the daily has between 50 and 100 people participating, but this time it was the longest Monte-Carlo stage while it was pouring down, and you had to drive the Alpine A110. So here's something new: I played the daily challenge in both WRC 9 and 10 yesterday and won both. Spent a couple of hours on it over the last 3 days (and on gravel tracks as well), and I think I have it figured out now, at least in WRC 9: The handling is a bit different anyways, so I might as well give the i20 one final shot. Crushed the daily on that day, but there were only around 50 entries on that leaderboard.īut I really wanted to drive Mittelmosel most of all and also as our boy Thierry. It still has a daily challenge (not a weekly though), leaderboards are also still online. It's still an amazing game (did not want to necrobump it), handling is a bit different but did not take long to get used to it again. I have spent triple the amount of hours on WRC 10 than on WRC 9 and just wanted to go back for a change, see how it compares. Last weekend the german audio option on WRC+ had a guest commentator and it was pretty great, told stories about the german rally that made me reinstall WRC 9 on Saturday, because I wanted to drive it again.Īlso wanted to drive some other stages again, ones that are not in WRC 10.
